I had a sponsor, but after talking to you on the phone, i gave the money back , I just got back here to Greenbriar and read these last post, wish I had read them before refunding the money.  I trave back and forth from Little Rock to the Farm on the Mo. Ark . Border, bout 128 miles each way so am not on line much.  Sorry for the misunderstanding.  I don't have a sponsor now so will have to wait till I can get arrangements made to enter another Tournament.  I was looking foreward to it, but when you said different to what the flyer said, i went to my sponsor and she told me not to enter so I refunded her money.   I will not get to bowl probably berfore the 4th of July High Roller.  I only enter tournaments when i have a sponsor, i don't have the financing on my own.  Thanks and sorry for the mixup.    Eddie

So after talking to a few people and explaining to them what was going on, they all agreed with the way the flyer read, that you can re enter regardless if you make it off of A squad or not and just bowl for brackets if you desire to do so. Once again, sorry for the confusion!

One more thing to add.  Our event has grown significantly over the last few years with this format in place.  The Bradley Open in Ky attracts close to 200 entries every year with the same type of format as well.  I do apologize for there being any type of misunderstanding due to the flyer.  It has nothing to do with being "glad to take your money if you lose", its the way the tournament was structured since the first year we ran it.  Its my fault for not wording it correctly on the flyer, but the same info I gave you over the phone, is the same info I have given everyone else as well.  The reason we started the re entry process for those who bowled on A squad was because no one wanted to bowl at 8am due to it being to early in the morning.  So with a re entry in place, it gave them an incentive to bowl in the morning, especially if they were coming from far away.  Once again, my apologies, Erik

Eddie, I'm sorry for the confusion. For those who have Bowled in the past, that has been the rule. Not saying that can't change. In fact you're correct, the way it reads on the flyer it does say that you can re enter regardless whether you make it or not. If you would like to discuss this further please contact me at my cell number 321 439 5145.

Thanks, Erik

I said this was a High Roller format. It isn't.  Erik Advertised you could enter both squads if you desire, but after talinh to him, if you make the qualifier on A squad you can't enter again on B squad and buy brakets.  he is protecting his brackets.  That is limiting what you cAn do.  It is  a thousand miles down there if I did hit ha hot streak, I would not want to  be limited on what I could do.  There are conditions if you can enter both squads or not.  In Vegas, you make the qualifier, you reenter and bowl as many squads as you want and  alll the brackets yo want.  If a man or woman is bowling so good that he or she cleans up. Congratulations to them.  That happens to me all the time,  i am not jealous of it. I congratulate the winner for bowling so well.  If you lose at the Southern Shootout, they are glad to take your Money, But if you are  winning, you will be limited to how much you can enter.   As far as some one cleaning up, if they bowl that good , congratulations.  That's part of bowling.  I wish OI had talked to Erik before I posted my comment.  What he says is not what his flyer says.  If you qualify the A squad, You can't bowl the B squad and get brackets again, so it isn't unlimited brackets.  You are limited if your winning.  That is what Erik told me himself.  I'll just wait and hit the High Roller.  The more you win there, the more they like it.

I am looking foreward to this event, sounds similar to the high roller and mini eliminator, just a smaller scale.     Erik, hope you guys aren't disapointed in me, I am a SENIOR bowler, 61 but still enjoy good competition.  See ya the 20th of May.  Eddie

The pattern is a 37ft tournament condition. Same distance that we used last year. It took -40 to make it off A, and about the same off of B.
