1. ENTRY FEE: Entry Fee is $30 per person, which covers Lineage, Expenses, and Scholarships. Each participant may enter as many time as you like
.
2. SANCTIONING/ELIGIBILTY: Tournament will be sanctioned by USBC/USBC and conducted in compliance with all USBC ABC/WIBC/USBC rules and regulations. Tournament Directors' decision will be final on all matters not specifically covered in these rules. All Bowlers MUST be current members of USBC.

3. AVERAGE VERIFICATION: Entrants will use their highest 2007-2008 Fall Season USBC yearbook average with a minimum of 21 games. Bowlers who do not have a 2008-2009 Fall Season USBC yearbook average, will use their highest verifiable sanctioned league average with a minimum of 21 games as of February 14, 2009. All bowlers that do not have an established verifiable sanctioned average as of February 14 will have to bowl with a 210 avg. USBC Rule 319a-2 in effect. HANDICAP: 100% of 210.

4. Format: Bowlers will bowl 3 games. Highest score plus handicap at the end of the tournament will be winner.

5. LANE ASSIGNMENTS: Lane assignments will be assigned by the tournament staff.

6. CHECK-IN: Check-in is 30 min. before each squad. Squad will start promptly. Tournament will be held at Forest Park Fun Bowl

7. This is a USBC Certified tournament. Certification #: 08633

8. Tournament will be held at Forest Park Fun Bowl.

9. Bowlers can bowl as many times as they like.

10. Scholarships will be awarded to winners (Tournaments, Brackets, and Sidepots) through USBC SMART Account.

11. Bowlers will use his/her USBC yearbook average. If there is no yearbook average, an average based on 21 games will be used as of February 14, 2009. Any bowler not meeting these requirements will bowl scratch.

No hats or head covering will be worn; no smoking, no drinking of alcoholic beverages, no playing of video games or gambling of any sort will not be allowed during the tournament. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification with no fee being returned.
