Okay, I know a lot of bowlers from the Real Money mixed league come on here to look at the standings. I want to hear from you and find out which teams do you feel everyone need to look out for in this league. I feel this will be one of the most competitive leagues in the city (Correct me if I am wrong). Tell me who do you think will end up on top or have a chance to end up on top in this league? Don't be scared to speak up for your own team.

Hey T&T,

This is the most interesting site about bowling that I've been on. I can't wait until Saturday mornings,
having my 2nd cup of coffee, and viewing the standings on the Thursday Real Money Mixed League.
I also love these conversations on different topics. This topic about handicapping systems has gone on
for eons. Back in Chi-Town, we did overcome that challenge with the reverse handicap system. If
840 is your cap, you get pins or you give pins away to come to the 840 (each night of bowling)

THE REVERSE HANDICAP SYSTEM IS ALSO USED IN THE EAST AND WOULD BE A DEFINATE IMPROVEMENT OVER THE CURRENT SYSTEM. BOWLERS IN ATLANTA ARE RELUCTANT TO RAISE THE HANDICAP BASE BECAUSE THEY THINK THE HIGH AVERAGE BOWLERS WILL BENEFIT AND GET HANDICAP. THEY FAIL TO REALIZE THAT A 231 AVERAGE BOWLER WOULD GET 7 OR 8 PINS AND A 200 AVERAGE BOWLER WOULD GET 32 ADDITIONAL PINS ON A 80% OF 240 BASE.
I ALSO ENJOY THE ANTICIPATION OF THE NEXT WEEKS MATCH-UPS AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE A REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS WEEKS ACTIVITY.
