Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to where realbowlers can host other tournaments. I feel as long as this organization keeps branching out, the more bowlers it will attract.

I thought the turnout was pretty good when it was up here in Greenville, SC. Hoping to have a few more up this way soon.
Not too sure of the other areas down South, but why not up in Tennessee, towards Chattanooga, or even Knoxville. I had thought of Charlotte as well, since you could possibly grab some Virginia bowlers if the money/tourney time is right.
I agree with the Greenville area. Kind of midway between Atlanta and Charlotte. I probably wouldn't come any further north than that though unless it is Spartanburg. Bowlers in the Charlotte area will not come out to support the local scratch tournaments we do have.

I don't know about Tennessee. Doesn't Bowlers Advantage run a tour their? I haven't had a chance to bowl any of their tournaments so I don't kow how their turnout is.

Dennis
There is a decent amount of bowlers in the Northern Florida area and very few tournaments. (between Jacksonville and Pensacola).
Dennis, I never came back to check this out until now....the Bowlers Advantage tournies get very good turnouts almost always. I've bowled I think 6 so far in 2 years, I can't recall any less than 60-70 entries yet, one was full house with 96 with 3 per lane. Get lots of action (100+brackets), and they have a pretty good group of regulars that show up. I think the one year contract deal they have helps the turnout a bit, keeps people coming back for the points to try and win the sponsor deal. I do wish the tournies were closer, for me they are too far unless I REALLY have nothing else to do. Most of them are Nashville area within an hour. They are now using Kegel patterns for every tournament this season as well.

Lots of bowlers to draw from, might not be a bad idea to try and have one up there just to see if it could work, some of the same people from RBT are there as well.....
Would love to see another RBT come to the Greenville area. Maybe next time we will get more local support. There were only a handful on us that actually bowled. I must say this was my first RBT and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The tourney was well managed. Updated scores were posted in no time. I have bowled several women's tourneys in the Atlanta area, and waiting for scores and bracket postings is ridiculous.
