This incident really saddens me. Although I didn't know Jermaine as well as most of you, I will miss him. He was always, always nice to me and welcomed my smile and presence. I will never forget the day he put himself in the mix to prevent a fight from happening at Suburban. Almost single-handedly, he prevented chaos in the alley. I will remember him as being a caring, outspoken, sincere guy. You always knew where he stood and how he felt. In this town, that is a rarity and something that I will truly miss. May he rest in peace.

I concur with my daughter's comments. Jermaine was not always the Jermaine you seen in the bowling center. When he seen me the first thing he would say was "Hello Mom"" and give me a big hug. His mom and sister and him was one of the first families who welcomed us into Atlanta's bowling world. My heartfelt prayers goes out to his mom and his entire family. We don't know what God's plans are but we know he never makes a mistake. Look to Him for He is the only one who can help in a time like this.

Jermaine you will be missed dearly. When I first moved here he was one of the few who reached out to meet me and my family. He was a kind hearted person who would do anything he could for you. I had the chance to be around Jermaine outside of the bowling center and he was a good person. A few years back, he had won some money pot bowling and it was around De'Mon and I anniversary. He said, "man, i'm going to take ya'll out to dinner, where ever you want to go we can go", "I may not ever get the chance to do it again but I'm taking ya'll out tonight." That was just the kind of person he was if he had it then you had it. De'Mon and I are greatful to have had him as a friend. May you R.I.P. we will miss you

Jermaine..wow..there are not many things over the years that have brought tears to my eyes ..but there are tears even now as I write..what a special friend you were to me, one of my greatest supporters and astute critics..I will miss his very keen observations, positive attitude, and his love for the game..I have very fond memories of our East Point Triangle days..and many tournaments where we struggled or succeeded together..man--we had a blast on your 21st birthday when we both stumbled into our respective homes(although I had to push you through your open window)..wow ..it`ll NEVER be the same....love ya lil bro..RIP.....

I've known Jermaine just about as long as i've been bowling which goes back to the East Point days. Like some of you said, he's one of those guys that always told you how he felt about something, sometimes whether you liked it or not. He has always had a unique sense of humor that kept him laughing and made others laugh as well. You know he loved the sport of bowling because he bowled every chance he could. He's supported RealBowlers over the years in many of the tournaments we've done and for that we are grateful. His unique personality and energy will be missed. Rest in Peace. Love life and live it like theres no tommorrow......dont let a day go by without letting those you love know it. Peace

life is one of things not to be taken lightly. one minute you're here and in another instant you're not.

no one leaves home ever thinking they may not see their friends or their family again. tragedy can come at any given moment.

i can't believe that he's not here with us anymore. the bowling scene will never be the same without him.

he brought his unique personality to the bowling alley all the time. i'll miss him.

Being new to the Atlanta bowling scene, I only new Jermaine for a short while, but every time I seen him he was always laughing and smiling. I could tell just by how he carried himself that he was a good hearted person, and talking to some of his close friends confirmed that. May God bless his family.
