I was thinking something like bowling on hard conditions which you can have 6 members on the team to rotate. You would be bowling 2 blocks and also moving from lane to lane againts different teams and getting bonus points for beating the team also. Everything done on Sat and if making the cut you would bowl on Sunday stepladder for the prize.
